After working in various construction-related jobs for the past 20 years, I started Mac's Home Inspection LLC to bring my many skills to the home inspection industry.

I've been a licensed Oregon Residential Contractor for more than 8 years now, and have completed many different kinds of jobs for a wide variety of clients. A construction background and extensive professional education have prepared me to provide you with a thorough home inspection.

I'm here to help you to make a confident decision - whether you're buying a home and want to be sure of its condition, or you are selling one and need to identify any problems that might delay or lose your sale.  

While growing up, both of my parents were licensed Real Estate Brokers, so I have a fair amount of knowledge about that side of the business as well.

For the home buyer, my goal is to make sure that they know and understand the facts about the property they are considering purchasing.

For home sellers, I'll provide a thorough report that discloses any observable defects. This will enable you to make any needed repairs before putting your home on the market. By using this approach, you can save money by choosing your own contractor and time schedule. You can also speed up the sales process if reported items have been corrected before your first open house.

I take pride in my work. The majority of my business is from client referrals and agent recommendations, so I'm determined to perform a high-quality inspection for you.  My job does not end when the report is completed.
